Language course complaint procedure

In accordance with the established guidelines for professional languages institutes, Jules adheres to an official complaint procedure. You can download the complete procedure (in Dutch) by clicking the button to the right.

In case of problems or complaints, you should first direct your complaint to our language & education team at languages@jules-maastricht.com. If your complaint is dealt with in an unsatisfactory manner, you can contact the independent board of complaint. The chair of the board of complaint is Mr. Jores de Goeij (jores@eurolingo.eu). The board may invite you to elaborate on your complaint in person. The opinion of the board is binding to all parties.
